JANNA: I am NETA (group fitness) certified; teaching body sculpting, step aerobics, interval classes, and yoga since 1987. My (RYT) yoga certification is from Focal Point Yoga.  Many types of yoga inspire my teaching, and are incorporated into my classes.  I teach classes with love, integrity, compassion and a sense of humor.  I have taught yoga to all ages & abilities.  Functional Interval Training classes are taught utilizing bodyweight, and dumbbells. Classes promote strength, balance, and flexibility while burning fat. Classes are taught with attention to form and fun.  I attend classes and workshops keeping

   MEG: I enjoy an active lifestyle, and am happy to be part of the Greater
  Rock Fitness community.  The variety of classes and the friendly 
  support of members keeps me motivated.  When it comes to fitness, I   
  believe that "mixing things up" while keeping the workout fun is key.  
  Whether it's running, Zumba, yoga, weight training, even flipping tires or  
  pulling cars around a parking lot, I enjoy any exercise that gets my heart  
  pumping.  I also love road races and adventure events.  I am inspired by 
  group training and look forward to helping others achieve their personal  
  health and fitness goals.  I am certified through AAAI and ISMA as a 
  Group Exercise Instructor and as an Older Adult Fitness Trainer, and have  
  taught Boot Camp classes as well as Functional Interval Training (F.I.T.)  
  classes at Greater Rock.

GINGER: I am a certified group fitness instructor.  I have been teaching fitness classes for over 15 years.  I have had so many years of dance and fitness training that I’ve lost count.  Currently I teach Zumba, which is fun and energetic movement to rhythms from around the world.

   HOLLY: I’ve been involved in some form of group fitness for 25 years  
  and love to bring my passion for fitness, health and strength to all age  
  groups.  I’ve been a NETA certified instructor for over 13 years
  specializing in floor work and strength training although I do teach step 
  and cardio kickboxing.  When I’m not teaching or working I keep moving   chasing after my grandsons.
